We will not hold a Post meeting on New Year's Day - the first Tuesday of January. Instead, please mark your calendars for Monday, January 7, 2019 at 6:00 PM. Please note, our meeting is 30 minutes earlier and no light meal served prior to the meeting.
I am asking folks to come and spend an hour (no more than 90 minutes) to lend your expertise and perspective to the conversation and plans of action. Community members are beginning to take an interest in helping us renovate the building and I'm wondering how many of us will feel compelled to do more to support our veteran community in the new year. I'm hopeful it will be many of you.
Happy Holidays to all!

Our young Marines of today are courageous, willing to make sacrifices, and are marvelous team players. I am confident our Corps, and indeed our Nation, will be in great shape for a long time to come as these people continue to grow and assume greater positions of responsibility.

President Theodore Roosevelt
In every battle there comes a time when both sides consider themselves beaten; then, he who continues the attack wins.
